Preorder Policy

Thank you for securing your diecast with RDR Diecast! Please read our preorder guidelines below before placing your order.

Payment and Billing All preorder items are charged in full at the time of checkout. Charging upfront secures your exact 1:24 or 1:64 scale model from our manufacturer allocation and guarantees your reservation.

Estimated Arrival Dates (ETAs) The expected arrival dates listed on our product pages are estimates provided by the manufacturer. Diecast production is highly complex, and delays are common. We will regularly update our product listings as we receive new shipping timelines from our distributors.

Order Fulfillment & Split Shipping We know you want your diecasts as soon as possible. If your order contains multiple preorder items, or a mix of in-stock and preorder items, we will ship each item to you individually the moment it arrives at our warehouse. You will never have to wait for a delayed release to hold up your other cars. As each model becomes available, it will be boxed and shipped with its own individual tracking number.

Manufacturer Cancellations (MOQ) Occasionally, a manufacturer will cancel production of a paint scheme if it does not meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). If a car you preordered is canceled by the manufacturer, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

Supplier Allocations & Sold-Out Preorders Once a diecast reaches its final production quantity, our suppliers may occasionally reduce our allocated inventory if demand exceeds the number of units produced. If we are notified by our supplier that an item is officially sold out and we will not receive enough units to fulfill your preorder, you will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund to your original payment method. Orders are fulfilled in the order they were placed, so reserving early is the best way to secure your diecast.

Customer Cancellations Because we secure our inventory allocations with our suppliers directly based on your reservations, all preorders are final and non-refundable. Once a preorder is placed, we cannot cancel, refund, or transfer the order to a different item. Please be absolutely certain of your purchase before completing checkout.
